Terms of Service for Savecoon

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Savecoon mobile app ("App") and its associated services, including the payment processing services provided by Stripe ("Stripe"). By using the App and making any payments, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Introduction

Savecoon is a mobile app that allows users to save, organize, and manage their coupons. We use Stripe to process payments for our Premium subscription plans. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Payment Processing

We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payments made through the App. By subscribing to our Premium plan or making any other payments through the App, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • Payment Methods: You may use credit or debit cards, as well as other payment methods supported by Stripe.

  • Subscription Charges: By subscribing to our Premium plan, you authorize Savecoon to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis.

  • Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle. You can manage your subscription in the App or through Stripe’s customer portal.

  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. However, if you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us within [X] days of the transaction.

3. User Accounts

To use the Premium features of the App, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep your account details up to date.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Subscription Fees and Payment Terms

By subscribing to the Premium plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined in the App. The fees are billed on a recurring basis and may change over time. You will be notified of any changes to the subscription fees before they take effect.

  • Free Plan: The Free plan offers limited features, including a limited number of coupons. You can upgrade to the Premium plan at any time.

  • Premium Plan: The Premium plan includes additional features, including unlimited coupons, advanced notifications, and an ad-free experience.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the App and its services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Use the App for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savecoon, its affiliates, and Stripe are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or payment processing services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savecoon, its affiliates, and Stripe from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or any breach of these Terms.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Gujarat.
